FINN & CO., a beach inspired fragrance brand, had a small portfolio of products which included a candle, fragrance oil, and body cream available in two signature scents. The goal was to expand the product offerings and gain incremental growth.

A market and competitive set analysis to determine product formats and sizes, product format gaps, target COGS and MSRP, packaging development, and key USP’s
